Apex engine swap and now won’t run right

we swapped my sons great running 06 Apex engine and wiring harness into a new to him chassis . In the process he installed a 4” bar riser with extended throttle cable and a stage 1 MPI supercharger . We are having issue with the engine running correct now. It starts hard, idles very rough and erratic and will rev way up for no reason. We checked and all plugs are firing. We’ve checked for vacuum leaks but haven’t found anything there either .we are really racking our brains against the wall on this . I have a video of how it’s running but not sure how to post it here.
The only code it is showing now is code 20 which we have the stock air temp sensor plugged in and wired tied to the side since we don’t have the air box anymore due to the I tercooler.
Any tips would be great . We have bypassed the TORS
We are wandering if maybe we have. Some vacuum lines backwards or something ?

to clear a code 20 you have to disconnect the fuel controller hook sled back up stock and turn the key on the code should go away the reconnect the fuel controller and you may be good to go. had this happen when my sensor got all covered in ice and had to clear it this way.

Unplug the throttle body sensor will it idle better? If you have a Video, upload to Facebook or YouTube and post the link.

That is exactly how my SC apex sounded with the code active. as soon as I cleared the code it started and ran perfect again.

What about the IAC breather hose that used to run from the left rear side of the airbox to the throttle bodies. If memory serves its about a 3/8 ID hose. How did you plumb that? If it is blocked the engine is VERY unhappy!

Did you leave a rag somewhere in an intake or in a throttle body when you were transplanting?

I did nothing without it is wide open should I have done something with it ?

Ok I’ve cleared all codes and now have a code 14 which. Says intake pressure sensor ? Not sure where that sensor original was ? Or where it’s at now

Ok we are just going to replace all vacuum lines this week end to eliminate and possible cracked lines

As long as it is not obstructed is the important part. But, ideally there should be a filter on it. I added a filter to mine when I installed my Yamacharger.

If your controller is not seeing the input from the pressure sensor, it really needs to for correct operation.

I’ve u hooked it and tried to run it naturally aspirated and runs the same do I think I’ve got a major vacuum leak somewhere

A vacuum leak is always a possibility. I've noticed over the years that the Apex can be temperamental at idle. If it is not seeing a sensor input, it can totally disrupt the running quality of the engine. It is imperative that the controller see all inputs.
Are you running a fuel controller such as a PC3 or 5? If the controller isn't grounded, it will disrupt the spark as well.
