Apex hat???

Does anyone know where to get this hat? I saw it on a Canadian website called www.dirtnroad.com but they are impossible to contact.
Y-SMB-12CAP-EX-BK is the listed part no.

I've always seen those hats in the Yamaha catalogs. Pretty sure you get them from any Yamaha Dealer.
