ZAKSTANG I'll let you know. I just got the extension project done tonight and took it out for a test spin. It doesn't ratchet at all under power but when you let off you can hear what sounds like the extroverts hitting the clips. Not sure if this is normal or not. I was supposed to get a fully clipped track but it's clipped every other window and we didn't notice it until the other night when we had already cut down the 2.25" finger lugs to 2". I don't think being clipped every other window will hurt anything though. I had the rear of the sled lifted with my electric hoist in the garage and had my son work the throttle and I watched the drivers and they're timed perfectly. They are Wahl 8 tooth 2.52 pitch drivers. I am getting some lugs that are hitting occasionally on the diecast metal framing under the muffler so I may end up trimming those rows of fingers down some and see if that's the noise we're hearing. But like i said it is smooth and quite under power.
