Arctic cat track ??

Will a arctic a cat track 2602-168
Work on a apex with avid drivers ?
Both are 162", 3"pitch
But looks like the arctic cat track will only run off
External drivers & one side of the internal drivers

Yes, as long as the drivers and the track share the same Pitch you're OK

The drive sprockets can be reconfigured to fit the track if need be.

The only other thing is the arctic cat track has every window
open but only every second one is clipped
Would that be a problem?

Not really, the drive sprocets teeths will wear Down more on the Clips until all makes contact at the in a uniform way, then wear on the Clips slows Down.
Personally I would fully Clip the track.

Smart way to go IMO. I picked up a brand new ripsaw 128" cat take off delivered to my door for $275.00 best way to save a buck and still get a pretty good track...
