ARCTIC RIDER LOOKING FOR SOME ADVICE!

My Attack plain starts down to -35F is coldest I have seen so I turn the key start & ride off when when warm up light turns off. No big deal for me BUT I'm not above the Arctic Circle. To me KISS is best way to go & not over complicate things. If my battery did not turn the sled over I would 1st jump start & then replace battery for one that does work. I'm not comfortable with starting my sled if I'm not there to look & listen for malfunctions & kick ice off here & there then free & warm track.

Thanks again everyone. I took all the info that you posted here and lots from reading through the TY website. I just bought a 2009 Nytro XTX. Am adding on the coolant heater, battery blanket and tall windshield with deflectors. Will post how it rides up here in the Arctic once the road opens and the sled is delivered. Mid-Nov if all goes well.
