Brother glad you are ok,man I feel bad now for talking you into this sled, your luck is beginning to sound like mine, few one more thing to ad to our list to look at or tighten, but besides my crash, and the broke parts that it did, which is now a lot more than we once though, all the lose nuts and bolts that have been listed on here, all of mine were tight. I will check out this fuel rail as well. Now any Yamaha guys out here in SnowLand, happen to have a bulkhead, front complete tunnel, muffler, oil tank, middle chaincase, front heatexchanger, couple A-Arms and shock absorber holder???? LOL Sled is junk, and should of been totaled if I had insurance.View attachment 124733

Just curious, were there any paint marks on the screws as to indicate that they were confirmed torqued like other bolts and screws? That would suck if there is.

Yea I'm going to bring it the dealer this week and I want to talk with the rep. This was so dangerous...I am so lucky the sled didn't go up in flames but I was so pissed when I got back to the cabin and smelled fuel and realized the disc brake and clutch had flung fuel all over my suit and boot.Brother glad you are ok,man I feel bad now for talking you into this sled, your luck is beginning to sound like mine, few one more thing to ad to our list to look at or tighten, but besides my crash, and the broke parts that it did, which is now a lot more than we once though, all the lose nuts and bolts that have been listed on here, all of mine were tight. Sorry about your sled, I hope u get it sorted out... And you really should have insurance on something this expensive. I never did on my Apex, but I bought it used for $5k. I put insurance on it right after picking it up, and I own it outright.

Remember if it messed up your trip Yamaha warranty will give you $ for that as well. Save any receipts you have.

No paint marks on them. Which I found strange. Every other fastener has orange on it.Just curious, were there any paint marks on the screws as to indicate that they were confirmed torqued like other bolts and screws? That would suck if there is.

Is there supposed to be some sort of Loc Tite on it?
Lucky for you the sled didn't go up in flames. With the gas getting on you, I don't even want to think what could have happened to you. Jesus H.

Which are the issue? Fuel rail or pressure regulator? I am thinking regular.

No. the issue that he had was one of the two bolts that hold the rail down came out and the injector popped out of place.
