Yes it definitely was upside down and spent a few minutes with handle bars in some standing water...never fully submerged or anything crazy...but again it ran fine.Any water intrusion to electrical on handle bars. WAS the sled laying in water upside down?

If your going to come on and post stuff please be sure to include the things that you have said after your original post. This accident is your cause of the issue IMO. Hey #*$&@ happens. No biggie. Your going to have to go through electrical on the bars, as you might have a short or something FUBAR from water intrusion on the bars/electrical. Is the air intake plugged up? Roll over valve still being used or did you delete it? Sounds like when it runs its choking itself out. Still thinking electrical though.Yes it definitely was upside down and spent a few minutes with handle bars in some standing water...never fully submerged or anything crazy...but again it ran fine.
Here's a short video of it...
Taking off intake to check. Stock sled with ROV but with BOP bypass. If your going to come on and post stuff please be sure to include the things that you have said after your original post. Is your throttle free play too loose? It's hard to see in the video. I had a customer with a SR Viper that wouldn't start, he futzed with it FOR A YEAR (no snow for a whole season) and couldn't get it to start, brought it into my shop and we fooled with it for 15-20 minutes. Happened to notice the throttle cable had a little more play than normal, adjusted it and bang, it fired right up!
I would also remove the intercooler boost tubes and check for fluid like water or oil in the intake and intercooler.
Because of your rollover into water incident you need to systematically check everything. Four strokes hate being upside down...especially in water!

Good call it was actually out of spec but still wasn't the problem...BUT! I did figure it out...i think! I'll post a video of me falling on my sword shortly! Is your throttle free play too loose? Well here ya go!
I'm going to tell you a story from probably 15ish years ago.... I was working late trying to finish a turbo FX Nytro installation, my wife called at like 1 AM saying my youngest needed to go to the ER, he was sick. Well this sled had to be finished by the next morning also, so after a few minutes of convincing from my wife (that our son did actually need to go to the ER) I ran home quick (5 miles) and then to the emergency room, sat there for 5 hours and at 8 AM we got released (he was sick, but after some fluids they let him out), so I quickly dropped him off at home and headed back to the shop. I needed to put the air filter on the turbo and button up some clutching and the sled was ready to go, no big deal. Finished it all up, loaded it up for the customer and later that afternoon/evening he called and said "this thing won't run, barely idles". Okay, okay, maybe a programming error in the PCV, so the next morning he brought it back and I went over everything I could think of and was clueless. As a last resort I pulled the air filter off and looked in at the intake wheel well $*%$ some idiot (ME) put a rag in there before taking off to the hospital and never even thought about it when I came back. So you weren't the first, nor will you be the last person to make that mistake!
