Who sells these so I can remove my belt alot easier? I know ulmer racing does but he never has them in stock and I want to order one already and no one else seems to carry them.

I have 2 of these in the shop. $30EA shipped to you. 1 new in the package, the other slightly used.

Dude, just push in on the nuts on the secondary, the belt will fall in the sheaves, then work it off the primary, take it off the secondary, and WHAM-O!!! Done!! :letsnow:

Just a heads-up, these tools don't work on the FX Nytro or the newer Phazer models, I already tried and had to send them back to Rich....

You can use a 12 mm wrench on one of the three bolts that holds the housing for the helix. Put the wrench on and turn it clockwise, sheaves open, belt is then easily removed.

I did use the trick Grimm posted,I got the belt out. But that is not putting to much pressure on the bolt to where it will break it?

yeah, let me know when they get something to work on a shockwave and STIFF springs.. :p

doo definately has one up on yamaha here...h3ll, even team has a super easy setup for both removing belt and adjusting deflection... why is the yamaha 2ndary such a pita??

Lesson learned there. To bad to, because I have quite few PM from people wanting them, but they all own Nytros!

Oh-well. lol

Maybe I'm going at it all wrong but the Std. Secondary is easy. Now the Phazer secondary, I'm ready to rip it of the sled every time I try to get the belt off. :o|

No tools needed! Just turn the inner sheeve clockwise and it opens right up. Can remove and reinstall belt in less than a min.
