08 nytro with 4000 miles having a problem with the belt slipping. It seems to happen in the mid range area when u put a heavy load on it . any ideas ?

bad belt, oil on the sheave/belt. whats it doing?turning the rpms high then grabbing??more info

tried 2 belts doesnt seem to change. it only seems too slip for a short while. clutchs are clean

I think it may have been getting wet from missing panel on bottom of sled. where in the hell did that go?

HAHA. Buddy had same issue with Nytro XTX. Hole in btm plastic from stick. Powdered snow would cause belt to slip. Belt didnt do that many times and it was no good anymore...
