Allan is correct, right above the clutch guard. Don't even need a belt holder

I riveted a couple strips of double sided velcro. It holds it down and keeps the vent holes for the clutch cover all open.

I put my spare belt in a zip lock bag and placed it under clutch's and bungied it down to belly pan so it wont bounce around. Zip lock bag keeps belt clean and free of any belt dust. This also leaves area above clutch guard clear for fuse box and air flow.
