I havent found anything on here about the belt deflection adjusting tools, anybody using them? I just thought it would be a convenient way of adjusting the belt and removing/installing it. Which one does everyone recommend? Thunder Products, Hurricane performance, Turbo Dynamics or any others that I have missed. The Turbo Dynamics appears to have a heavy duty collar that the removal screw pushes on but thats all I know about this one and the others, by pictures, lol. Cant beat hands on experience and reviews hahaha

I have had the Barn of parts one for many years and I am happy with it. I have my secondary setup to float back and forth so I only use the unit as the secondary clutch end bolt and primarily a belt removal tool.
Works for me!

I have the TD style but only use it for setting belt deflection. I don't like the way the set screw drives into the plastic spacer.

Ok awesome to hear!! Did BOP change the design since when you bought yours or is it the same? Thanks Bob!

That was my concern as well, is it possible to put a thin washer between the aluminum adjuster and the plastic piece?
Mine's literally 8 years old and came with a washer. If I remember correctly there was some galling issues/concerns on the aluminum threads.
I suppose it would be asking too much for that plastic spacer to have a recessed area for a washer, so It couldn't move around. Perhaps they've addressed it?!?!
