I have a 2011 163 ski doo x package skid to replace the current rear suspension on my 06 nytro I was just curious if anyone has done this, if you had to make any changes or modifications, or if it bolted right up any info or pics would be great thanks.

Not sure on this skid, but usually just takes some measuring to find the spot to drill the new mounting holes. You might be able to re-use the front set of holes and then move the rears to the correct spot. Not familiar with the 2011 163 doo skid. I would bet you are at least making new rear mount holes.

Sorry it took me so long to get back but could not find anyone who had input on the install so we set it up our selves, the end result has worked very well. We are still dialing it in but it handles and works much better in all conditions plus weight loss was right at 23 lb.. I will try to post pics as soon as possible.
Confused?

Great I'm coping this! I've been looking for a cheap 121" so I'm guessing a 121 will fit similar? Did the stock holes line up or can you walk me through it?

on my 163 skid the holes did not line up in the front and rear mount holes had to move forward , fixed that by adding light weight rear drops and moving them forward. not sure how the 121 skid differs
Confused?

Ok how did you figure out where the holes go?

Heres some pics of my setup , as a starting point i took measurements off a skidoo with the same skid then i knew what the limits of the skid were. Next was the front mounting point i set the skid in the tunnel and started checking the clearances to drivers ,tunnel, track, skid, etc.
