just put on bender stage 11 turbo on last week , it's awesome!! on first ride on golf course i noticed oil blowing out of breather. talked to bender and said to check oil to see if overful , it was alittle over and sucked it out. just had it out and still blowing oil out . anybody else had this problem ?

I bought a generic crankcase breather off the shelf at Checker and I see mist coming out but not bad at all. Just wipe it down every couple rides.

And the LP kit works. I went from oil every where to nothing at all now.

MONSTERTURBO: If you go to my earlier post, the phone number is listed in the highlighted post.

Let us know how you made out in Canada. A group of my friends are going up in early March if snow increases in North Bay area.

I'm concerned about getting a ticket with this turbo. You certainly can not sneak past anyone with this thing.

Just found phone# 231-632-6669

Thanks again, i rent a house for 2 months every year in st adolphe de howard which is 8 miles from st agathe quebec, an hour north of montreal. Up there every weekend pretty much. wnat to open this turbo up and see what it got. I got a speeding ticket in st agathe 2 years ago with my edge chassis w/800xcr motor , 170km in a 70, cost me $325 canadian. Drive fast , take chances.calling for 6-8 inches of snow today, should be great riding.

where do i get on of these from? leaving for canada tomorow and extended the breather with 3/4 line 18" up toward the steering column for now, hope this gets me tru the weekend..

Add a second vent to help alleviate the problem. You'll need to anyway to put the LP kit on. Put a 5/8" Tee into the line returning to the metal Tee on the top of the Oil Sump. Between the Metal tee and the engine, The line comes from the front of the crankcase. Run the new vent line up to the steering column and put a pvc filter on it as a temp until you can get the LP box. The LP box comes with a fitting that screws into the valve cover and serves as both a third vent and a box drain. Not that it drains, because the oil never gets that far.

Good picture and that is the current LP box. It is a little more crowded on a front mount. BigDog, does your's show any oil in it? Mine doesn't.

Buckeye, I don't have enough snow to really test it. I've only put a couple of miles on it in the yard since I installed it. I've been spending most of my time trying to figure out why my sled sounds like a popcorn maker. :o|

They are calling for some snow over the next 3-4 days, hope to do some real testing.

BIGDOG...........Mine too pops at low RPM'S . Was popping bad at various RPM's then found that the fuel mixture at different boost levels makes a big difference. I'm running 12# and run "exactly" 50/50 mixture of 93 Mobile and C-12 race fuel. Much better. You can cut back the C-12 when you drop the boost. Too much C-12 at lower boosts really makes the popping worse.
I feel many problems are fuel related. But that's more my opinon and experience rather than documented science.
