why are the bogie wheels on the inside of the rails on a 2017 ltx le and on the outside on 2019?has to be a reason

I like the new design better, as the inner wheels certainly live a harder life where studs(heads) live for me.

Yes the 129 had only TWO inners always.....LTX now has similar setup.Strange My 17 RTX 129 has the wheels on the outside?
