HP will be the same as the others using G25 . I'm sure
all other manufactures will have the same issues with
front mounts & heat and as for weight issues i'm sure the
Turbo will pull the front end up on the snow, if you can
keep it down will be the problem 8) 8)
I don't understand why there has to be a guinea pig, these
Turbos have been used for a number of years in the exact
same setup, just a fiew extra tricks or tweaks that may be
an improvement over the others.
Like any product wait til the other guys get all the bugs worked
out (R&D) then copy it and make a fiew tweaks and adjustments
and you can sell it a little cheaper and the consumer benefits
isn't this what we've been waiting for ? :ORC

Cheeper is definately better,I think the supers and turbos are overpriced, more competion maybe lower prices.

True Blue, putting extra weight over the front end is a big deal, turbocharged or not. Theres lots of riding where you're not on the boost and you can feel the extra weight.....trail riding, boondocking through trees, breaking trail, and the list goes on. As for being a guinea pig, someone will be. Although they use the same turbo, exhaust manifold and a host of other things are different, and unproven.

The Turbo will work just fine! Rocky and the guys know what the are doing. They are their own PIGS! The kit will run when the consumer buys it. If you can't handle the weight up front don't get it or hit the weight room and get some more muscle to throw the beast around.

Your're missing the point. Its not a matter of not being able to handle the weight. I'm 6'4". Its a matter of not wanting it there in the first place. A lighter front end in these sleds makes them much more nimble.

i was not happy with my boondocker N2o kit.... They had a version for a turbo.... when i received it, clearly it was not engineered for a turbo set up and they would not take the system back.... Not sure I would buy from them again...

I want to know more about their efi controler.
I plan on keeping the sled stock, but would like to improve on performance.

How will they be keeping the header from cracking? It just that the turbo looks like it sits so far forward and seems like the header would break easy.Have they found a way to make a bracket off the engine?

I was thinking the exact same thing in regards to the header. Thats where a year or two on the snow will help iron out the glitches.

Just talked to Rocky from boondockers...seems like a great guy. The turbo is attached to the delta box but somehow allows the turbo to flex with the motor. He has also had his apex kit on the snow at the end of last year using his efi controller and stock injectors up to 15lb's of boost.(I didn't even know the gt25 was capable of 15lbs) The best thing about his efi controller is that can be adjusted on the fly! Gonna be an interesting year!

I saw about 18lbs with my gt25 but the effeciency drops off about 14-15 you don,t really gain much after that.
