Has anyone tried installing their new version in their sidewinder. Mine game with 3 washers a plastic puck instead of the aluminum one from the old version and it says to use stock sleeve and big washer. Mine seems to short. Can’t get the bolt to torque down to 43lbs it won’t thread in far enough. Any help would be helpful. 2021 sidewinder Srx thanks

I have the old style on the 17 and now on the 19 SRX. I’d call Travis.
I’ve tried email and calling no response yet. They probably getting hit with that storm I’m sure I’ll hear something soon just figured I’d ask on here. Thanks

After talking with Travis I had to put everything on and hand tightened the bolt. After that I had to turn the adjuster 2 turns clock wise and then torque bolt to 43lbs. The puck was against the helix on one side and against the factory washer on the other side stopping it from going on any further. All good now

2020 SW - don't use the 3 washers, no more aluminum, use the OEM washer . Review the BOP video on the BOP site . below is a 20 page thread herein on this subject - BUT only watch the video on the BOP site suggest you add your comments/Q there ... Happy reading

OH! mark the washer with a arrow CW for loosen belt --watch that video!!

and write 17 on the bolt head (17 socket)

I watched the video and you use the 3 washers that’s in the kit along with your stock spacer and big washer. You don’t use the stock bolt and 2 small washers. There’s a new version that is plastic instead of aluminum. Thanks for the look out though. Still a 17 mm bolt.
