Just 1/2 through the preping for 2morrows painting on the plastics, with the Sun Light Gold and a blend of 24k Gold, White & Yellow which Clear Coated looks Real good and gives me the look I was looking for all along.

Finally got my NEW REPLACEMENT header yesterday and WOW is all I could say, VERY WELL DONE. I Ex-rayed it and the welds are spot on as this thing is of better grade S.S. and heavier gauge. I'll run it through the stress reliver tomorrow.

Yes rxfern you are correct it is beefier than the original, as well the tubes are smoothed out going into the turbo so there is no restricions like on the other header I had to repair. It was $739.00 CDN which I thought was a SUPER PRICE, as there is no Exchange to pay or Duty to worry about on top of the price of the header.

Shooting the Gold right now...will see clear coat on these by Thursday.

My collection of hardware continues to grow, as Dam there are alot of pieces to this sled
