Yes I running ultimax belt also and top rpm is down in the 8550 range but still goes okBarely noticeable engagement rpm drop. I’ve been low on my top RPM due to the Ultimax belt
Now u mention spring I have noticed clutch seems louder than use to and brake noise not as loud as soon as u let off the throttle Maybe it is the spring that be great if it was

Do notice the noise gets quieter when off the throttle maybe a fella might get lucky and that’s what’s going on

Was going to suggest you have a stuck piston, but if the pin is not stuck and you have pulled the pads- it would indicate you got them out, so that cant be it. I have been fighting a pulsing break lever this season and cant figure out what it is. Stopping power is reduced. A warped rotar was suggested but I cant imagine I have done anything to cause it to fail.
Your rotar has a reasonable amount of free play?
Last question - is there any chance when you reinstalled the caliper assembly on the shaft you did not get it on true - is the side of the tunnel pulsing or vibrating?
Keep us posted.

I had driveshaft replaced and now have the exact same problem you describe. Was back at dealer and they say nothing wrong. Ive heard some try an o ring and some use a shim, i have shims on order to try.

I changed drive shaft this fall and have same issue so I took apart this weekend and shaft was spinning in the bearing. I ordered a bearing lock and new bearing and hope to fix it.

How much is shaft worn? BOP wedge even with a new bearing can only handle a certain amount of clearance.I changed drive shaft this fall and have same issue so I took apart this weekend and shaft was spinning in the bearing. I ordered a bearing lock and new bearing and hope to fix it.

Mine got really loud after new shaft and bearing lock. I switched pads around and see if that changes anything this weekend. I wanted to try a light spring over the pin between pads but that pushed pistons back too much giving poor brake lever feel. Definitely annoying.I changed drive shaft this fall and have same issue so I took apart this weekend and shaft was spinning in the bearing. I ordered a bearing lock and new bearing and hope to fix it.

I didn't have many miles on it since noise 300 ish miles. Shaft wasn't pitted or wiped but you could tell it wasn't locked in. I'll crank that lock down and hope for the best.

Well don’t feel the dealer was any help told them what it was doing and asked to get the tec to take if for a drive before he looked at it.
Got call at 3:00 told me they cleaned my clutches installed washers on clutch rollers to help with clutch rattle , said tec checked wheels , said my break pads were loose but they were ok , I was told he adjusted chain and that was why noise was happening and need to keep it adjusted I then stated I serviced sled last week my self and adjusted Chain that why there is hex head bolts on muffler to turbo connection and I turned adjuster in finger tight and backed out 1.5 turns they said they set it at 1/2 turn out .i asked if they could at least take it for a drive before I come pick it up , have never herd anything back since then besides the 200$ bill I owe
