I just replaced the bulkhead on my sled due to a crack. How do I know if I got the motor back mounted correctly. The inserts that go into the bulkhead is what I am worried about. How do I know if the motor is in straight? I think I have about 1 to 2 less threads on one side than I had before... Is this going to be an issue? Do I need to just realign the clutches?
Thanks for any info.

hey just did my right front bulkhead due to a crack as well, got a welder buddy to fix it and now looks good as new. The way i see it the bulkhead is pretty self aligning as there are about 15-20 rivets that hold it in that have to line up. As well as i think it was 6 bolts / studs that sandwich it together at the front and at each of those spots have alignment dimples or divets whatever you want to call them. mine seemed to all line up just perfect. all i did was check and slightly adjust my clutch alignment "was only off by one washer behind the secondary". so i'd say if it all went together well "pulled tight no gaps no rivet holes way out of alignment or anything like that" just do a good clutch alignment and you should be good to go. hope this helps
