How do I burp my apex? Going to put new coolant in my apex soon, and was wondering how do I burp my system? To get all the air out?

So just keep the skidoo level and fill her up untill coolant comes out the back I guess ?

No, your Apex.

I raised the front of my Vector up with a floor jack, but keep in mind, I have no rad, just a overflow/fill bottle. Ran the sled until hot and added coolant as it went down and also squeezed some hoses I could get too.

I did have to add a little bit after the first couple rides, but not enough to make much of a difference.

Elevate the front for filling. Elevate rear for bleeding air.

That air bleed screw looked a little difficult to get at after I added a rear cooler so I did what I have always done and it worked for me.
Like I said, squeeze some some coolant hoses to help things out while running and keep an eye on your rad/overflow bottle, add accordingly, and you should be ok.

These were the instructions given to me by one of our highly respected members a few years back. --Fill the sled at the coolant tank as much as you can. Start and run the sled to get it good and warm(can let it run up to about five minutes to warm it up). Then lift the rear of the sled and crack open the bleed screw at the rear of the exchanger and leave open until you have a steady stream of antifreeze coming out. Then top off coolant tank. You should have no air pockets.

I just did my 08 LTX with a rear heat exchanger. I had it raised on a lift but it was relatively level. I filled it with coolant then took out the bleeder bolt from the rear heat exchanger until coolant came out. Put the bolt back in and tighten. Topped off the coolant and ran the sled to operating temperature. Check the coolant level one more time and that was it. I had no air locks. Be sure to add coolant to the overflow bottle to the full line as well.

With any method ... fill very slowly , this will help not let most air in system.
