I always hear a buzzing sound coming from the front of my sled while cruising. Never at idle. It seems RPM related. It sounds like plastic vibrating against plastic. I added some weather stripping to a few spots but it didn't help.

Are you standing up? If you are. your hearing the Air intake. Remember the front part of your sled is the AIR BOX. I quess that's what your hearing. Mine makes the same sound. you can really hear it sucking air when I'm full throttle. I only hear it when I'm standing tho.

Yep. I hear it really well when I'm standing up.

Air box buzz
I have used a soft foam seal on the air box lid, to help seal it better. It did vibrate a lot. If you take a dollar bill and close the lid on it, pulls out really easy too easy in my mind, probably where all the water was coming from. Any way flat weather strip on the lid helps quiet it down.

The V shaped plastic that goes over the airbox rattled against the frame on mine. Some sticky foam on the subframe tube fixed it.
