If a piston in caliper was seized I could see this happening especially if splines on hub and shaft are tight fitting. Its the only other explanation other than a shaft issue since pads should release and move back.
After having mine apart a few times I get the sense these tunnels flex a fair bit while under operation. I bet they designed the caliper housing containing the bearing and shaft to have some forgiveness towards one another.
On two occasions, I have loctited the two together and the results were bad - with lots of wobble and flexing sidewall of the tunnel. When I didn't use Loctite they seemed to function fine.

There is no BOP wedge on this machine. Only 3000 miles on it.
Well guys, tore into it. Took everything apart, checked shaft bearing caliper etc. Could not see anything. Reassembled tonight and that slight wobble is still there. Like I said, noticed it while running it on the stand doing clutch work, and really can't recall seeing it before.
I think I'll order a new bearing and replace it. The stock bearing looked good when I checked. Any good recommendations?
It is just the noise going down the trail you hear rattle with loose bolts. Some times when apply brake noise stops, cause you are loading weight to sway bar. just something to check.
