I want to upgrade my stock shocks to the Floats, and was wondering if only the regular Floats fit our sleds, or if I can fit the Float EVOL X instead.

Float X Evol supposed to be made for race sleds only.I take that to mean Cat,Doo and Polaris race sleds.

You can get regular Floats and add a Fox Float Kit for $900.
Includes rebuild and revalve and service kits for both shocks,remote hydraulic reservoirs and the adjustable air control system(air reservoir).
New Floats about $532+ shipping and $900+ for kit = $1,432+.

Thanks for the info. I just found out Hygear Suspension does the mod like you describe.
we've got a set of EVOL's and Float X's. The X's are mounted on my Apex and work no problem, the EVOL's are on a cat right now but in looking at them I see no reason why they would not mount up to the Yamaha as well without any issue.
