can you add reverse to the staderd phazer

can you add reverse to the staderd phazer?? I got a guy willing to give me a deal on the a phazer with no reverse. I call a few dealers they said there is no kit, one dealer said it could not be done. I love to buy this sled but have to have reverse.

when I ordered my Phazer it was $700 for Reverse so for the $800 I took the FX model with the Clicker Shocks and the Reverse...

Reverse can not be added to the standard phazer.

Like Vmax4 said.No.Std has a different wiring harness and ECU.

so can it be done... sure..
would it be wise? or financially smart.. who knows.

Stay tuned because I bet the standards will get the Harness and ECU for reverse.Why?Because harness also has wiring for fan.

Reverse was not available pre-season on the base phazer either. If you wanted reverse you had to get the FX or GT in 2007. Fans are not going to be on the 2008's either. Not necessary, so the reps say.

I bought a fan for my wifes sled, just cause, but actually haven't seen the temp light on it except for some road riding one day. Other than that it has not bothered without the fan. I plan on installing the fan this week, as soon as it arrives, just insures my wife will not have to worry when out riding!!!
