Anyone else have a problem with there carbs leaking coolant. Ever since my 04 warrior was new I would see a small drop of coolant on top of the engine and on the shop floor once or twice. I added maybe a cup of coolant all winter so I think it only leaks when cold. It appears to be leaking from the aluminum transfer tubes that go between the carbs. Anyone else have this problems and are those tubes O-ring sealed? Will new o-rings fix the problem? Thanks ===SRXSRULE===

I did have that problem once so I know what you mean. On those transfer tubes there are little "sleeves" that slide side to side between the carbs....make sure they are all on the same side. Sorry, I don't remeber which side they are supposed to be on but you can easily see if one of them is different from the others. If they are all the same then move them ll over and see what happens.
I do know that I moved one over once when working on my carbs and had a coolant leak as well.....I remeber because I thought I F*&^%D something up but after looking at it and moving the sleeve back to the other side the leak stopped and never happened again. Hope that helps.

When I put my fittings in the carbs for turbo pressure the antifreeze leaked badly.I took the carbs back apart and centered the tubes and turned them 1/4 turn and no more leaks.

SRXSRULE- Mine leaked a little also. It is a 2003 rx. Brought it to dealer and was told they new about the problem and fixed it by installing 2 o-rings instead of the 1 that was there. Hope this helps. BTW, I didn't have to pay.
