Hi guys, I have a Warrior with 3300 mile and notice coolant pooling around the head pipe. The pipe that goes down the top center of the cylinder head. Has anyone had this problem? Is it just a bad O-ring? I see Yamaha also changed the part numbers for those two pipes. Wondering if they are updated. Any information on this would be great. Thanks!

Yes its just an O-ring on that pipe. Pretty easy to fix just sucks draining enough antifreeze to pull the pipe to replace the o-ring.

I ordered new o-rings and new pipes. Any advice on getting coolant level low enough? Also, will I have to bleed the system afterwards? Thanks!

U can pull the lower hose off below the thermostat and slowly burp the coolant out. You should not have to bleed the system if you dont pull all the coolant out.

Ok, Thanks! Parts are getting shipped the 26th. I let you know how it turns out. A mouse also made a pin hole leak in the lower carb. heater hose. So fixing that too. Lol
