I have been told that Acat had a five-year engine supplier agreement with Yamaha in place before Yamaha sled production ceased. As we know Yamaha had been a past supplier of engines in the snowmobile industry. I see no reason they would not continue. If cat stuck the new fancy gauge on the procross Tcat, and built 998 Panteras, they would be popular enough for a few seasons until they could build a wider front clip to put a 998 on the Catalyst chassis. Hopefully by then, the new skid frame they have been working on will be ready. If the Argo rumors are true, Cat should do just fine.
