Can any one tell me where to get the information on how to adjust the chain case. The reverse clunks sometimes. It was on here before but can not find it now. Also any other tips on what to do for a pre season service would be greatly appreciated also.
Thanks

I tighten mine by hand, then back it off 1/4 to 1/2 turn, then lock the locknut.

be sure to check your oil level in chaincase...if you have alot miles on it i would drain it and add new fresh synthetic chaincase oil up to the standard level always IMO.

other things would be change motor oil and filter(use synth IMO)......check sliders, idler bearings, belt, clean out drive and jackshaft bearings with wd40 and add new grease to them.
