Hi Guys, does anyone have any info regarding an upgraded or recalled gasket for 2015 newer or older SR Viper. Recently purchased 2015 SR LTX-SE and have noticed the black drip pan to be wet and my sight glass to show maybe an 1/8" up so basically low on chaincase fluid. Two friends have 2016 RTX's and their sleds have some oil on the pan but fluid levels are normal?? Any info is greatly appreciated.
Seems a bunch of the 16's are leaking. One that was taken apart had loctite between cover and case. The gasket was changed when the dipstick was added to oil tank. If you have a good dealer bring it back. Otherwise there is a install thread in the FAQ sticky.

Make your own gasket. That's what I did.

No. Had to go check.Staggs is yours one with the dipstick for oil level?
Well there goes the theory the new gasket caused issues. You would still have the old gasket. Must just not be assembling them right.No. Had to go check.
