Chaincase question

What are you guys using for chaincase oil? Can I use the same stuff that I used it my apex? I was looking in my sight glass and it looks low for my liking and want to add some. How do you take off the reverse actuator to add oil? And when reinstalling it will it just go back on without adjustment?
