Are you able to reuse the chaincase seal and exhaust gasket when you do the service.Going to Chisolm day after xmas and plan on putting alot of miles on.
I believe the chain case gasket is re-usable the exhaust gasket would need to be very carefully cut away for one side or the other with a razor blade.

exhaust gaskets peel apart. best thing to do is get a replacement either through yamaha or acrtic. not all dealers have extra parts yet but arctic will have them in stock since they go on all turbo models of theirs.

My exhaust gasket separated easily, but was broken and even in poorer shape time I got thing back together. Simple but still a crappy system for something that has to come apart each time you check the chain tension. To have something a bit more durable I will likely make one out of industrial gasket material and coat both sides with anti seize the next time I have it apart.
