Hi Kevin,

My chain case is leaking on my 06 apex, I know there is a 08 cover will bolt on and it has deeper grooves to help seat the gasket....however my axle is also getting up there in miles and is due for a replacement.

Wondering if you can put me a package together for everything I need to upgrade to the 09+ where the drive shaft extends through the case and supported by a bearing on the chain case cover.

Other members said you need this: "2009 Chaincase cover, driveshaft, bearing in cover, circlip and 'shaft to bearing adapter' and bolt"

Looking through you fiche on the 2010 model I think it means:

TRACK DRIVE 1 : #1 Drive axle 8HF-47511-10-00

TRACK DRIVE 2: #8 HOUSEING RING 8FP-47558-00-00
#19 HOUSING CAP 8HF-47543-10-00
#23 CIRCLIP 99009-52500-00
#24 BEARING 93306-00711-00
#59 BOLT (NOT LISTED ON YOUR SITE BUT IT IS THE DIAGRAM)
#78 COLLAR 8GL-48566-10-00 ( I THINK THIS IS NEEDED???)

If you can confirm what I need besides these and put together a TY package price on the conversion that would be great, thank you!!

Hey Kevin, dont worry about this I just ordered teh updated cover from you (order conf #1134137
) and a HD shaft from Ulmer.

I forgot I have a mtn shaft with drivers that I still need to use when I convert the sled to a mtx for west trips.

Thanks!

How did your upgrade go from your 06 apex to the 09 cover, extra bearing, and drive shaft?

If so please let me know if you list of parts was complete in your post above.

I have an 06 apex with the smoked gear train from lack of oil at 2700 miles. Did not know of the leaking issue until after the fact. I am debating hte 08 beter sealing cover or go the 09 with the extra bearing.
