remove the clutch, helix and spring (the clutch unloaded)...check your secondary bushing to hub play....some have too much slop in them...the tolerance whould be relatively tight not allowing sheave wobble

This is like 2012 Arctic cat Two roller secondary.. Rollers floating in mid air, springs binding, rollers breaking.. and of coarse the shitty bushings

It is clearanced to spec, need to have the helix and spring installed for correct side to side play.
You will have play if you just put the two sheaves together without the helix on it.
