secondary bushing and stock helix bushing pics. appx. 400 miles. just hasn't been any good here. when i put the 6.9s on last week, both of the stock tuner right carbides were gone and ski was road rashed. there is a scratch on 2 of the raised areas in the sheave where spring tang must have hit. the bushing black stuff (grease, belt dust?) cleaned up with acetone. there is some slop in the bushing. is the belt going low enough? untouched area is 1/4", right beside it lighter area is another 3/8" for 5/8" total. only has maybe 6 wot pulls on it from a roll between 45-70mph, all under 1000 ft. this was at 3&3 with thunder adjuster on it. i have a dalton 35/39 and wrapping to 6&1 with shims under helix to try. the belt sits a little below top of sheaves since shimmed with adjuster all the way out. i have the a/c running in my house, so its gonna be maine, canada or next year to try it. so far top mph 111 on speedo at 8800 rpm, hard packed dirt road. thanks.
