Christmas is Over! M-10 install

What do you all use to plug up the holes left in the tunnel from the pro-action mounting bracket??

I left mine open. No big deal...at least to me.

Before I forget....check the length of your rear mounting plate bolts. Mine were a shade too long and they would rub on the edge of the track. No need for them to be any longer than the nut on the plate.

I'll look tonight. Thanks for information.

Putting an M10 in my 05 Vector turned it into a GREAT trail sled. My 14 Vector LTX can't hold a candle to it.

Did you get this directly from FAST?

Nope, used from a member on here.

Finally put back together! Here's the ace adjuster switch.

For all you M10 users: I'm having trouble adjusting the spring preload on the rear shock. What is the process? Instructions say turn x tube collar with spanner wrench but the whole top of the shock seems to spin??

Looks good DJ. Sorry but you missed an awsome ride. Get that thing dialed in.

There's a white plastic pivot block on either side of your suspension. They are where the rear arm pivots in the rails. FAST offers different pivot blocks for the Yamaha 4S, but you have to ask them for them.

These are also wear parts and should be replaced every few years anyway.

Once you get the skid adjusted properly, I think you will love it! Really work on the front track shock spring setting! It does a GREAT job of getting weight off of the front end. One you find the balance of front track spring and ski spring settings, you'll be in nirvana!!!! I am with my 05 Vector!!!!

that is correct the whole top of the shock spins. The tube that the cross over spring bottoms on is also the tube that the main spring rests on. So to adjust the cross over spring you have to loosen the inner aluminum tube to lengthen or shorten the overload distance.
