Does anyone know if there is a clicker knob that would mount directly to the shock instead of having to use the RA adjuster assembly, would love to eliminate the cable, boot, and tunnel mount adjuster, sled is a 2006 rtx, thx ahead for any help

The biggest problem is keeping ice out of it so you would probably have to keep a rubber boot over the receiver until you want to adjust it and then I think I read that a yellow Robertson screw driver will turn it. One guy said that he had custom cables made at a speedo repair shop so maybe they could come up with something?

Stay tuned, I'm working on it.

I had the same thought , I would like the same set up as the 2012 vectors have. I dont ever change the settings on the shock now and the cable is a royal pain . I called pioneer and asked them if they could do something like that for me and they said that my shock (2011 apex) and the 2012 vector shock was not made by the same company so it couldn't be done. If someone could figure a way I would be interested.

I threw all that RA crap away last year, even patched the hole in the tunnel. I never adjusted mine anyway, i set it in the middle and forget it.

I have thought about that to but I wonder if the adjustment of the shock will stay put .If you check out the RA dial it seems that the clicking part of the adjustment is in the dial . I thought that the next time the cable breaks that I would use the end cap of the cable to "lock" the shock adjustment in place.

The adjustment in the shock will stay put. If u turn the adjuster in the shock u can feel it clicking.

Made up an adjuster, but have to see about clearance and a couple other things. Need to get a 12mmx 1.00 bottoming tap to do this rite.

Thats about what I was thinking of doing but not as nice and finished as what you have done. i also thought that I would end up pivoting that end of the shock 180 degrees as i think it would be more accessable. When you get it ironed out I would be interested in buying one .
