Need some help here. Was riding the wife's 07 phazer GT and noticed that it had no top end. Seemed to be maxed out at 8200 rpm and 33 mph. Seemed to start after coming down a mountain goat path trail. I would hear a noise from the clutch when i let off the throttle to coast down a hill and use engine braking but I couldn't tell if this was belt slippage or a clutch problem. I can rebuild almost anything but have never messed around with one of these clutches. What should I look at on the clutch? Could belt just be jammed and not moving?
Thanks.
Thanks.

secondarys most likely gone. once they start banging on decal and accel their stripped out. you should be able to put a vector style secondary on for like 250 bucks if you find one cheap at a wrecker.
