I decided to check my offset lastnigh. I went into the tech pages on this site. I find the methods of checking this to be contrary to each other.
One was was to use a flat bar and open secondary and move secondary to have the flat bar in the center of the primary.
second was to use the 25mm offset, and shows how to build a bar, with 15mm offset built in. I used a flat bar and then measured the 15 mm with a caliber.
when i set it with the 15mm, the flat bar in the secondary is not centered in the primary.
Am I missing something?

the spec for offset is 13.5-16.5mm. this gives you the 15 number as the middle spec. the secondary floats on the shaft for that reason, to self-allign. with the float it should line up with both of your methods.if it dont then remove spacers to allow more float.
