Have stock mountain with stock high altitude clutching.

I would like to change the engagement point from it's present 4900rpm down to about 3000rpm. How do I do this?

Also is there any site or literature available where a person could learn the basics of clutching and it's terminology? Between Snow Fever, My RX-1 Works, and RX-1 Moose posts on clutching you guys have me lost.

For lower engagement buy a primary spring with less preload but the same total force. Buy Olav Aaens clutching handbook & read it 600 times!!!

Here's my own personal clutch kit you can put on and this works real good for boondocking and low engagement,8dn1760510,ypy short spring, and a silver spring in the secondary, weigh down the ramps to aprox.46-47 to get 10100-10300,6-2,6-3,twist on the secondary to suit, now I know every one has their own idea for what is best but I set alot of these for skiiers and this works really well.Linc
