I´m running the Mcx stage one and is currentlly using the 8bu 00 weight loaded whith yammy 4,5gr both holes. Sorry to say i´m still still overrevving. Does anybody know of a heavier rivet for the 8bu-00 veights?
(Thinking 5,5gr or 6gr.)

Get some supertips or 70+ gram supertorquers. 8bu,s are a 2 stroke weight & not meant for that kind of hp. If your stuck on them tho use anything that fits in the holes. I have used bolts & nuts with some blue loctite to add 7-8 grams per hole. Make sure they clear the spider at full shift.

13 pounds of boost
14,5 rollers
bwb primary
yam white secondary spring preset 80deg
straight 45 helix

I´m not eating belts and want to keep it that way

Have you tried to set secondary spring to 60° ?
80° is a bit much with that spring.

What elevation are you at. Spring should be at 70 wrap. I think Al Ulmer is your guy on clutching your sled as they have a turbo kit & probably have al the set ups ready to go. I can get you close with aftermarket stuff but you can probably buy a bang on set up from ulmer racing.

Turk, with west coast measures everyone in Sweden can be treated as Flatlanders, we are selldom over 3000feet and usually below 1000feet.

My experience is that 60 or 70° works, never 80°.
Allen Ulmer is a good source to get Supertip 60g, and you problably going to need them, but try first to wrap the spring a little looser.

Exactly the same set up I am running except I am running 47 degree helix and white spring at 70 degrees. It may hit the rev limiter once, when stabbing it, but once we are in the deep snow up high it does not hit it.

Okey vill try to go with the 60deg and if thats not working i will go vith the supertips. My overreving begun when i changed the sparkies to cr9ek, before that i almost never reached 9300 and hit the limiter.
Are the supertips as agressive in shape as the 8bu-00? kind of like the easy revving light weights, instead of loading 90+ grams on each weight. I also kind of like having my clutches hand warm after meadowplay and climbs.

Supertips are a polaris/comet/artic cat profile. 80-90 ish grams should be enuff to get you fine with 10-12 pounds boost. I do have a used set loaded to 85 grams fs but shipping might be crazy.

Around 84-86g usually, depending on springs and helix.
So Turk's is ready,set and go :)

Okey, just so i got this right.
I´m now at 48,7 grams + 9 in rivets thats 57.7 grams in total.
Your suggesting 84 grams and 60 deg preset on the white in the secondary. Bwb primary spring.
Thats quite alot more weight.
I will try this and hope the belts hold out. Again, i dont want a belteater. Did 800km on same belt last year and it looks like new.
Otherwise i will have to tweak down the boost, and that feels :o| .

So how did the heavier weights work?

My Mcx Nytro loves the 80 wrap.

With Yamaha White?
It binds before fully shifted when wrapped more then 70°, thats the info i got from several sources, Turk, RXRider and Yamaha a.s.o.
