Hello I am new here and would like to say hello. Very nice site here and I have been reading lots of interesting posts so far.
My buddy has a 07 Multipurpose and the machine has worked perfect up until now came back from ride last week shut it off went to put it away in shed and wouldn't go pushed it into shed put battery charger on it 10 min later thing fired right up. Used it for couple weeks no problems used it all day last Saturday no problems Saturday night went to use it would not start and didn't seem to be turning over fast enough put a booster pack on it still wouldn't go had to tow it home push it in shed 10 min later it started. Code 46 did come up on the dash the last time it went. Anybody have this trouble before and anyone with that code what was the trouble?

How very topical. My son just got that code with his Phazer. We figure it's probably a bad battery not taking a proper charge. How old is your battery? If it's original, I'd replace it with a new fresh battery. I say "fresh" because depending on where you get it, it may have been sitting on a shelf for a long time so check the date code on it. My son had replaced his battery with a new one we had sitting on a shelf dry for over a year. It was also a Walmart battery so who knows. Yuasa are best IMHO.

Brand new battery found a wire inbehind by relays that was chaffed through repaired that and still having same problems

Service Manual says it's a problem with the charging system not supplying normal power to the fuel injection system. Just says to refer to chanrging system in Chapter 8. Go here and download a copy of the Service Manual.
BTW, I haven't heard back from my son on his problem. He was putting in a new battery last night.

I also found this old thread that has good info on troubleshooting it. Not the same model sled so if you check the stator and stuff, use the manual.
