Hi, I will be doing a compression test on my 2012 XTX and was wondering is there anything special I need to do so I don't do any damage like pull fuse for fuel injectors or anything else? Since it is coil over plug I assume there is nothing to do on the electrical?

Thanks in advance.

Pull the relay for the fuel pump and that's about it. Crank the engine for the same amount of time for each cylinder to get a more accurate reading between all cylinders.

OK good as that is what i did. I got 170, 175 and two 190's. A little low but I did not warm it up and others have said it read a little low on a cold engine. Really just wanted to get a base reading for future info. Also learned from my research that I need to upgrade the FP relay to the new red solid state relay so it doesn't freeze :).

Thanks!!
