Hi.

2008 Nytro RTX 144" with 4400 KMs on it.

I am looking at the MCX 180 kit, and wonder if anyone has any experience with it?

How does it perform against a MCX 240 powered Nytro?

Anything else that needs to be done to the sled except extroverts to make this kit work?

Thanks!

They say its even steven up to 50 mhp then the 240hp is going away.
Turbo is addictive so you will looking for more power after just little bit of time. So buy the big kit at the start, its going to save you some money in the end.

Totaly agree... Personaly i ruled out the 240Kit because it is running a bit on the edge with the stock fuel pump, i went for the 270... I have been riding a friends MCX180 for half a day, it runs smooth with a good throttle response, but as soon u are going of trail 180 is not enough... To update a 180Kit to 240 or 270 will be very expensive, 180 kit do not have the intercooler with the piggyback fuelinjectors in it, and u need to remove your engine to fit the headschim if upgrading...

I think the best thing is to order the kit direct from MCX, and maybe even let him install it 4 u... MCX is Just outside Pite, 4hrs drive from Kiruna

Yamaha Center in Kiruna installs MCX.
