So I filled at the radiator cap and bled my system. 1/4” in the bottom of overflow tank. Just went for a 50 mile ripper and I checked my coolant and the overflow was full and the tank where I added was empty. The hot light came in like 4 times but shut right off after I grabbed some powder. And there is coolant in the bottom under the oil tank where the overflow tank empties. So it’s boiling over. This happened last week hence the fill and bleed.
What the heck is goin on with this thing???? It’s driving me nuts.

I had a similar issue to yours. Wound up being the head gasket.

Just be sure to check the head and block for straightness and resurface as needed. My head was low in the middle. Check the valve clearances before putting the head on the block. Much easier to work on it on the bench if you have to continuously take the cams off. Take your time and follow the head retorquing instructions in the manual. Before you go to spin the engine after putting the timing chain on and the tensioner, push on the chain guide several times to make the tensioner holder release and take up the chain slack. You have to put the valve cover on before you spin the engine by hand or the chain will skip.
