I was summerizing my 06 rage and while greasing the rear i noticed green drops from the tunnel area by the rear upper bogey wheel brakets on both sides and from the front of the sled with coolant in the belly pan. I assumed that the coolant in the belly pan is from the overflow so im not to worried about it. I stuck my head under the sled and tried to find where it was coming from and cannot seem to find the leak. it is a really small leak but im a little worried when i go out next year about it getting worse. i really dont want to take out the suspension to try and find this leak. I did chew up the rear heat exchanger b4 i knew about the stud contact. but the rear exchanger is not leaking. just wondering if ne one else has had this sort of thing happen to them or any suggestions on finding the leak.

I would try washing all the coolant off the belly pan and tunnel.Add to resevor if needed then run it and watch for leaks. It might have splashed out of the belly pan into the tunnel . did you have to add during the year ? normt

I had a small leak after cleaning and having the carbs adjusted. Turned out to be only a hose not tightened enough.

I am not sure about the seat. The hose was a small one going to the carbs, i think to warm up the carbs. Just needed a half turn to seal it. I was able to find it by running my hand over it

All of the 4 strokes are prone to leak at the rear suspension bracket, the bracket for some reason wears on the rad between the tunnel and bracket if you do a search on this site you will find some others with the same problem...I myself slipped a small peice of thin rubber material between the bracket and rad/heat exchanger, they're probably leaking from the rear bracket and flowing down to your front belly pan 'cause your rear slopes to the front and the coolant flows to the lowest point.
You'll probably have to get them welded or try some JB weld...
Just rinse everything out with running water then let it dry, check your coolant level and once all dry start her up and let in run t'ill she's good and hot 10 - 15 min or so and watch for any seeping around the rear brackets, pretty sure thats wear she's leaking.
