Well my exhaust started to get loud, and looked into it. I have about a 300 degree crack right behind the exup valve. Is there any aftermarket exhaust so I can just remove the exup all together? I think my only option otherwise is to have it welded, would a welder weld it while in the sled or do I have to remove the whole thing?

I have a good used header if you can't have it repaired.

Titanium can be tig welded.

Ur bro in law is wrong.

OK thanks, to my bro in laws credit, he was only looking at it from under the tunnel so really didn't get a good look. Can it be welded while in the sled? How about a sleeve with clamps to go over it? Remove that whole back pipe in front of the muffler and replace with SS?

It has to be removed to well because it will need to be well shielded in gas for the weld to be solid. We are welding the headers for $250 or we have a stainless complete replacement header from Hindle for $1000

I'm not seeing on your site or the hindle site that SS replacement is available. Their site says coming soon. Is it available?
