Crankshaft Rebuilders?

Anybody know of any crank rebuilders that can do an RX1 crankshaft?

Being its a 4s crank what exactly are you looking to have done?? Are the journals scored and need turned? Or just a nice emery polish before reuse?

Any engime machine shop should be able to buff up the journals for you .

Have a crank that needs the rod journal repaired. Used to be a guy locally that did Porsche stuff that could do journals that small but he is gone now. I just assumed somebody somewhere has the equipment to repair one.

RX1 Crank

The crank will be hard to turn because of the bevel in the journal. You might as well buy a crank from Port Yamaha. That was my experience with the same problem you have. Good Luck

That was my experience when I rebuilt an Apex 4 years ago. I had hoped by now somebody was rebuilding them.
