Curves work great on my 06 RTX. Way better than stock , dart less and float well.

Later, a couple years later, the fairy dust wore off and magically, there was a new 100$ item, that you bought with your carbides that replaced the fairy dust that used to make the skis not dart.
One thing is for sure, if you make a product that does what is sold to do, there is never any need for customer service of any kind. Selling a product that doesn't do what it said it could sure gives lots of opportunity for good customer service.

I know this is not a post about Bergstrom's, but since you brought it up I have to have a say. I know from reading posts here that there were many problems with contacting Scott B. in previous years but I can only speak from my experience this year. I called him and he called me back almost right away after missing my call. I ordered two pairs and one set were the wrong type so I called him again and there was absolutely no problem to return them and I had the new ones in a few days with the return shipping refunded. Although pricey carbides, I cannot complain with my ordering experience and I think that I received top notch service.LJ 452 said:While I understand you didn't have a good experience with the Curve's I will say I DO believe in great customer service, regardless of the product. Want to see the difference first hand, order a set of Bergstroms, wait the year that it takes to get them and let me know how that goes, make several calls, with either no answer or "I waiting for carbide", rally. Bergstroms are a nice product but what good does it do you if you can't get it or get a hold of the manufacture to get it.

Plus I don't like doing buisness with someone that talks every bodies stuff down.
