Just wondering if anyone else is running the D&D Magnaforce kit on there Viper, if so what weight and helix settings are you using? I was using the set up that D&D recommend with there Quiet tech muffler- helix 6-2 and weights 0-3-2-3. This setup was really lacking top end and WOT rpms where only 8400. Changed weights to 0-2-3-2, giving it more rpms but not much more top end. Only getting around 85-86 mph. Wondering what helix and weight setups others are using with this kit for good results?
Cheers

Setup is dead nuts on and repeats within 2-3 rpm everytime. I am almost full of magnets now though. This was with theUlmer/ Straightline can. With Ulmer stock modded exhaust 1-0-2-2 87 Octane fuel no ignition 90-100mph depending on trail conditions 9025 rpm. Im running a stock spring in the secondary at 6-2. Would taking it back to 6-1 help with anything?
Primary has a shorter pink and orange spring in it. Im gonna try and take some more weight out of the middle and see if it will help. The first holes closest to the pin ive never tried weight in, what would that help with? Was thinking of try 0-1-2-2
Thanks

Closest to pin helps launch and engagement. 6-1 may make your rpm even lower. I run a Orange-Yellow-Orange in primary. Do you have the tool to open Primary clutch up without removing cover? If not get it. Takes less than a minute to add or remove Magnets then.Im running a stock spring in the secondary at 6-2. Would taking it back to 6-1 help with anything?

Just remove belt then use it as a pry bar between the spider and outer sheave to fully close clutch. Put clip on to hold. I will take some pics and make a thread on it. Where did you get the tool?I bought that tool but didn't know how to use it. Any tips on how to use the tool would be great.

I believe I bought mine from Harbor Freight some time last year, but I can't remember exactly. I remember it does have a yellow rubber sleeve on the handle.
