Dead Attak

Again the plug for the main ignition(keyswitch) is not a water tight plug unlike almost all the others on these sleds. It does give trouble.

All of the above is great advice!

Unplug & plug back in the gauge, ignition switch, and E-stop a few times, this will help clean the contacts.
Cycle the E-stop a number of times, this will help clean the switch also.

Might check into the "Ground Blocks" they tend to get the "Green Virus" & cause all kinds of electrical gremlins also.
Search for Ground Blocks on here, there is lots of info on them.

The #11 electrical block posted/referenced prior can have hidden internal corrosion that causes a dead sled also.
Makes you think the ECU has died.

Hope this helps!

I'd put a Benjamin on it that it's a bad ground block(s) on the frame rail.

Well… we don’t have much snow so haven’t been riding but I have been trying the sled when I go to the shed, Everything working as it should. I checked all the connections on the key switch, kill switch etc. all seem fine. I’ll keep ya posted.
